Notes
- Remplacera BentoPDF (bento.juxjux.ovh / port 8089) quand la transition sera faite
- A terme : récupérer le domaine pdf.juxjux.ovh et désactiver la stack bentopdf
- Sécurité désactivée (DOCKER_ENABLE_SECURITY=false)
